Whether you're exploring the area's ski slopes, hiking trails, or charming shops and restaurants, this is the perfect spot to unwind. The Space: This charming home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation: Main Level: A fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a gas fireplace, perfect for preparing meals. A spacious living room with a large TV and a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy evenings. Two bedrooms (one Queen, one Full) separated by a full bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub. A second full bathroom (shower only) is located off the kitchen. We loved the cozy "Yellowstone"-style western vibe, with some modern amenities, surrounded by beautiful country. The cabin was close enough to downtown but far enough to feel removed from the grind. Our host's communication was outstanding. We would love to return in the summer to hike ASP or in the winter to XC ski. We used the one bedroom for our luggage and as a dressing room which connected to a wonderful double sink bathroom with a skylight connecting to the serene simple bedroom I really enjoyed waking up in. The mattress was very comfortable! I easily did my yoga practice in the living room and I used the bedroom upstairs to meditate with the wonderful view out the window of the green hills and a picturesque farm. Near that farm down the road parallel to Howe Hill was a place called Pumpkinville where you can get delicious home made baked goods real cheap! The kitchen had everything anyone could need. If you’re into aromatherapy there was even a diffuser! Bring your favorite oils! The living room was SO cozy with an enjoyable fireplace, comfy couch and chairs and a good selection of movie channels and YouTube for entertainment. We liked eating breakfast at Katy’s in Ellicottville. I felt like it was the most PERFECT place for me to rejuvenate. I can’t wait to go back someday and stay longer. What an awesome opportunity to enjoy this home. I am SO grateful to have enjoyed this wonderful property! Thank you! ##### Julie Z.
