« My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy and communication with Christine was fantastic. Our son was playing at Cooperstown and staying here was absolutely peaceful. Which is exactly what we needed after long days at the ballpark. We even got to bring him back and make him a home cooked meal during a break from games. Perfect stay in a gorgeous setting! »

« Just as described but better, fantastic house with everything you need and more. Host is very responsive and courteous. This house has great rooms and the kitchen is huge with Wolf appliances, we fed 12 people easily at the island with plenty of room for more. The pool and. Hot tub are large with more than enough seating. The house is full of unique art and the location is great. We had a great time and will book again if we are in the area. »

« The photos don’t do this farmhouse justice. Comfy beds, cozy front room, relaxing front porch, peaceful and serene property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our family while our grandson played baseball at Dreams Park. Added bonuses (sunscreen, hypoallergenic soap, laundry detergent and more) were much appreciated. Our host was responsive and obliging. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again and again. »

« This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint.
