« We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. « We had a wonderful stay EXCEPT when we got in the room at 4 pm, we turned the heat up to 77 degrees hoping that when we got back from dinner that we would be more comfortable and have heat in the room. However, we had no heat. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room either- which would have helped. We did not call to report as it was very late and we wanted to sleep. »
