All units are fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), 1 bath with tub/shower, full kitchen, living room, satellite TV, WiFi, new air conditioning, gas fireplaces in the 2 downstairs units, and all units have access to an outdoor common area which includes a patio with gas bar-be-cue and off-street parking, with a shared entry to the building. The Iron Trout Inn is located in the quiet river town of Cascade, Montana, only blocks from the legendary blue ribbon trout fishing of the Missouri River. Cascade is a full service town with 2 bars, 3 restaurants, a nice grocery store, fuel station and a new fly shop/guide business. A great boat launch and shuttle service to fishing access sites is available locally. You will find that our rates at the Iron Trout Inn are very reasonable. Each of the 4 units are clean and freshly remodeled and can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people (2 queen beds). No pets are allowed. If you travel with a service animal, a current validated certificated needs to be provided to management upon making a reservation. No smoking or vaping is allowed in any of the units and tampering with the smoke detectors can result in a fine of up to $200\. Outdoor smoking areas are provided. These rules are for the safety and comfort of all of our guests. Fished with my son - just the two of us. Perfect. Simple, clean. Stove, oven, microwave, TV and bed. Salt/pepper and olive oil. Clean dishes. Pots a little worn, but usable. One bath. Soft bed, clean bed. No dishwasher (just an fyi). AC and heat. We self-guided most days floating different sections of the Mo. Typically we stay closer to Craig. The location of this place gives easy access to the frontage road. Pelican point is about 10 minute drive. We floated a number of different sections. Being a little down river let us float sections we hadn't done previously. Lots of nice water near Cascade. ##### David A.
