The living area is open plan with indoor/outdoor flow onto expansive decks. The house offers modern kitchen, quality fittings and fixtures and double glazing throughout. Across the road are the popular Pah Beach Cafe, Currach Irish pub and Stonewall Store. The beach is very safe and if you're lucky you will see dolphins swimming close to shore. The bungalow is situated 5km from the ferry wharf at Tryphena and approximately 9km from the main airfield at Claris. The property is fully fenced for additional safety and privacy. Special conditions: Smoking outside only please. Primary renter must be 25 years plus.
