Plusieurs choses ne marchaient pas dans la chambre: - cafetière - verrous de la porte -aucun wifi - bouteille d’eau déjà ouverte dans le frigo Le personnel est entrer 2 fois dans la chambre, dont une fois où la pancarte ne pas déranger était mise.

INTERNET EST PAYANT!
Entre notre réservation et notre arrivée, l'hôtel a changé de chaîne. Nous n'avons donc pas pu bénéficier de la wifi gratuite alors que nous l'hôtel entre autre pour cette prestation . Non négociable avec le personnel. Pas du tout satisfait du service. L’hôtel est proche de la vieille ville mais le quartier n'a aucun charme. Le bâtiment est affreux de l'extérieur mais l'intérieur est a été rénové. Les chambres sont agréables et confortables, modernes et bien équipées. Aucune nuisance sonore.

We are sorry to here that you did not like the design of the building, it is brand new and has won the first prize in an architectural competition, that is the reason why it has been built in this design in the UNESCO World Heritage Site here in Graz. We loved this hotel - it was close to everything - shops, dining, places of interests etc. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

This hotel is very close to many historical sites in this medieval city. The clock tower is at the near-top of the city. You can walk up an easy road or take the stairs from another entrance. The hotel is near the university and it is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, high-end shops, and just over the river is a farmer’s market. The hotel is comfortable and modern, the breakfast is amazing. It is a wonderful place to stay for anyone who wants to learn and enjoy this amazing city. Check out the knights in the armory to throw you back into the Middle Ages.

Fantastic location, all tourist locations are with 10/15 mins walk. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean rooms. No bar or evening restaurant is the only let down, but no huge problems as everything you need is on its doorstep
