Besides the dock and dock amenities (refrigerator and freezer and all the water inflatables, the sun circles), the outdoor kitchen and the 3 grills - we loved the Blackstone griddle, the fire pit, the outdoor seating, the parking, the hot tub etc, the host was available almost immediately. The house is fantastically setup for large family gatherings. The bunk house let the kids all stay and play together without having to worry about bothering the adults at night. The outdoor kitchen and boat dock are phenomenal. Both are completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved being able to use a grill griddle for cooking and have everyone sit together on the patio. The kids had a blast playing in the water and we had a great time watching them right next to them from the dock.
