In the hamlet Brenzio 4.5 km from the centre of Gravedona, 51 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, on a slope, 4.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn. 3 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Shop 2.7 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant, bar 85 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 3 km, railway station "Como" 51 km, pebble beach "Serenella" 4.5 km, grass beach "Consiglio di Rumo" 4.3 km. Marina 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 26 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio, Santa Maria del Tiglio, Lake Como Adventure Park. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola.
