The apartment features a bright and practical layout with a living/sleeping room that has a panoramic window facing east. This room is equipped with a double sofabed, a dining table, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the terrace. The second room contains a French bed measuring 160 cm. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has a shower/WC.

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities that will enhance your stay. The apartment is equipped with gas heating for your comfort. Outside, you will find a terrace that is partially roofed and surrounded by a lawn area. Terrace furniture and two deck chairs are provided for your enjoyment. You can also take advantage of the marvellous panoramic view of the lake and Monte Legnone (2609 m). For families with young children, the apartment offers a children's high chair and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds.
