The 2-room apartment spans 65 square meters and is situated on the 1st floor. It features an open living/sleeping room with a double sofabed, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This room provides access to the balcony. Additionally, there is one double bedroom.

The apartment comes equipped with an open kitchen outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. It also includes a shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating and air conditioning are available, with heating provided only from October 15th to April 15th. The floors are made of natural stone. Furthermore, the apartment offers a large balcony with furniture and beautiful views of the lake, mountains, and resort. Facilities include a washing machine, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. A garage for one car is available at an extra cost.
