This vacation rental offers a convenient location, just 150 meters from the lake, and provides amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court nearby.

Gravedona offers a variety of outdoor activities and scenic landscapes. You can enjoy sandy beaches like "Serenella" and pebble beaches just 1.4 km away, or explore the nearby grass beach "Domaso" at 3 km distance. Additionally, there is an outdoor swimming pool within 1.4 km. For hiking enthusiasts, Monte Duria and Valle del Livo provide picturesque hiking trails.

The residence is situated in an excellent location, right in the center of Gravedona yet still quiet. You can enjoy a 3-room apartment spanning 45 square meters on the 1st floor. The apartment accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The living/dining area is beautifully furnished with a dining table and a flat-screen TV. It provides access to the balcony. There is one double bedroom and one children's room with two bunk beds. The children's room also has a balcony exit.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a gas stove with four burners, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. The apartment features a shower area, a bidet, and a toilet. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 15th. The floors are made of natural stone, adding a touch of elegance. The large balcony is furnished, allowing you to relax and take in the stunning views of the lake, mountains, and resort. Additionally, a washing machine and free WiFi internet access are provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed.
