Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool (10x4m, saltwater cleaning system), outdoor shower, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings, with the property situated just 10 meters from the lake and beach, providing direct access to the pebble beach. Alternatively, explore the nearby grass beach "Domaso," located 1.5 km away. Take advantage of the shared swimming pool (10x4m, saltwater cleaning system), available seasonally from May 1st to October 26th, and refresh with the outdoor shower. The property's fenced grounds offer a peaceful retreat, while the cycling lane just 10 meters away invites outdoor adventures.

You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 80 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The apartment features a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, and it also has a terrace that leads to the swimming pool. There is one double bedroom and another room with two beds. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a shower, bidet, and toilet. It also has air-conditioning and underfloor heating, though the heating is available only from October 15th to April 30th. The floors are made of natural stone. Outside, there is a large roofed terrace with terrace furniture and four deck chairs, offering a marvelous panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. There is also a reserved parking spot and an e-charging station.

This fully renovated apartment in 2024 features comfortable and beautiful furnishings. It is a non-smoking property with a private entrance, smoke alarm, and fire extinguisher. The maximum capacity is five people, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. You can bring up to two pets or dogs on your vacation here, just an example. The property is located on the ground floor, which could be convenient if you have mobility issues or prefer not to climb stairs during your stay.
