In the centre of Gravedona 2.5 km from the centre of Domaso, 52 km from the centre of Como, in a sunny position in the residential district, 200 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool angular fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lift, air conditioning, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 10 m on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, bakery 100 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 800 m, railway station "Colico" 17 km, ferry "Menaggio" 18 km, sandy beach "Serenella", pebble beach 650 m, outdoor swimming pool. Marina 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, sailing school 350 m, tennis 350 m, sports centre 350 m, children's playground 400 m. Nearby attractions: Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio-Gravedona, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola.
