We had time to take a little longer trip than usual, and wanted a place where the younger kids would have room to play indoors and outdoors. This property was perfect!The host and his family live nearby, which was very helpful since the property itself is located outside of town. They were able to quickly assist with any issues we had, although there weren't many. This home has four bedrooms and two full baths, a large open-plan living area with kitchen, dining, and living rooms. This is where we spent most of our time when preparing meals, sharing plans for the day, or watching something on TV. There is also an outstanding outdoor living space with dining and cooking amenities. We grilled out there one evening for the whole family, and it was terrific! The outdoor space is overlooked by the balcony from the dining/living area inside. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the neighborhood loop, which is beautiful, and taking hikes in the forest.The kitchen was the best-equipped that I've experienced in a vacation rental, nothing to compare. Everything we wanted was there, along with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.Great baths, plenty of hot water, and the best towels I've used in a while. I now want to change the ones I've at home. Everything is well-provisioned.I plan to stay here again next time we're in the area! ##### MARC A N. Alles vorhanden was man braucht- sogar ein Vorrat an Kaffee, Zucker, Gewürzen, Tee und Waschmittel sowie Seifen etc. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Ich habe in noch keinem Urlaub so bequeme Betten gehabt. Auch die Möglichkeit draussen zu sitzen, ob auf der Terasse mit Grill- und Lagerfeuermöglichkeit- oder auf dem Balkon gemütlich in eine Decke gekuschelt- waren einfach perfekt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet- Fussbodenheizung bzw Klimaanlage sorgen bei jeder Witterung für entspannte Wohlfühlmomente. Die Umgebung bietet auch einiges, zB. Wandern durch wunderschöne Wälder, direkt vor der Tür zum grossen oder kleinen Büchelstein (besonders empfehlen wir Wanderweg 54) mit traumhaften Aussichten, Ausflüge zur Sommerrrodelbahn oder zum Waldwipfelpfad (beides in St.Englmar und vor allem für Familien mit Kindern geeignet) oder ein Ausflug zum Wellenfreibad in Hengersberg. Auch das Freilichtmuseum mit den originalen Häuserrn war sehr eindrucksvoll. Gerne empfehle ich diese Unterkunft der sympathischen Familie uneingeschränkt weiter. Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Rückfragen vor der Anreise wurden per WhatsApp und über die Nachrichten Funktion schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Es hat uns an einem sommerlichen langen Wochenende an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage in einer Art kleinen Feriendorf ist sehr ruhig. Man befindet sich mitten in der Natur. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur wenige km entfernt. Mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind haben wir alle 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten, die beiden Bäder, den großen Outdoortisch, die geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche und den großen Esstisch im Wohnzimmer gut genutzt. Man kann direkt am Haus parken. Die Ferienunterkunft ist mit viel Liebe detailreich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ##### Stephan B.
