### Beautiful Perigordian Falconry with private pool set among mature trees and lawn

Surrounded by picturesque countryside, La Meynardie is the perfect destination to kick back and relax. Boasting a newly updated swimming pool, a full sized tennis court, a ping pong table in its own games room and mature trees set in the lawn, there really is no need to leave. The house itself is spacious and airy with its ancient features retained and enhanced with tasteful, extensive modernisations. With a beautiful original open fireplace, the cooler months are also to be enjoyed. The main entrance to the house is up a beautiful external staircase. The first room is the lounge. There is an original open fireplace and a balcony and plenty of space to sit and relax. The next room is the kitchen / dining room. This is an open plan room with many windows - it is light and bright. There is a door leading to the terrace outside which is on the same level and boasts lovely views of the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped and is spacious enough for communal cooking. The next room is the study with armchairs, books and board games. There is also a writing desk. On the same floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.   
The stairs lead down to the ground floor which has a further two bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower and also the large games room. The games room has the ping pong table, a kitchen and a mezzanine area. The doors open out onto the mature lawn.  
Adjacent to the lounge is a staircase leading upwards. This leads to two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is also a large open space ideal for practising yoga.
