"We had a great stay at the Chelsea Hotel! The self check-in was fabulous as the check-in line was quite long when we arrived. The hotel was decorated for the holidays and all areas were clean and in good working condition. The only downside was that the family pool area was closed for renovations and they allowed families to use the adults-only pool and amenities."
