"“Self park” to outsiders or people from out of country means something else. Please publish that you have NO parking available. Parking lots around the Hotel are not specifically designated for guests. Plus the high rate of daily cost will drain your vacation budget if it was not accounted for."

Everything was perfect (safe, SUPER convenient location, clean, etc.) and the check-in and check-out system (they have these self-serve machines so you don't have to wait in line or go up to the desk) was the most efficient and innovative thing I've ever experienced at a hotel. DEFINITELY will be back, this has become our new go-to stay in Toronto. Thank you!"

"The view of the falls was amazing. The staff was top notch nice and easy to talk to. I did not like the fact that I paid the same amount of money for my room as my friend who was on the 38th floor. Their room was renovated and beautiful and was nice but definitely dated and not as nice. The tourism tax is a bit much as well since it was not relayed prior to everything."
