"Le service de buanderie était bien, convenable et très pratique, mais un peu éloigné et très froid, surtout le soir, le bémol surtout pas indiqué sur aucun site ou aucune brochure en arrivant donc le système IA ChatGPT m'a indiqué de demander à la réception sinon je ne l'aurais jamais su. La première journée j’ai parcouru Toronto pour trouver une buanderie le système de climatisation chauffage au début je ne savais pas comment l’allumer car il était éteint complètement donc la chambre très froide à mon arrivée"

"Hôtel côté canadien avec vue sur les chutes magnifique … par contre pour des canadiens, l’accueil est à revoir . Nous sommes arrivé il y avait deux réceptionnistes. Une qui bossait et l’autre qui ne nous a même pas calculé … on a dû attendre 10 bonnes minutes que là première finisse … il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner mais un café (pas très bon 😂) à disposition en bas à l’accueil … pour le prix cela aurait été bien d’avoir un plateau de courtoisie en chambre … autre info importante, les prix sont exorbitants… ramenez votre repas ou de quoi grignoter.. les touristes sont pris pour des pigeons dans toute la régions des chutes ! Un simple plat de pâté chez applebees c’est 40$ plus les taxes et tips ! Et si vous venez en voiture attendez vous à payer 50$ la journée de parking (qui passe le vendredi soir à 60$) .. en tout cas paysage magnifique … nous sommes venu par le rainbow bridge à pied (20 min des parkings côté usa) et deux jours au parking usa 40$."
