"Hotel is very new and in good condition. Breakfast buffet was excellent. This hotel has NO ice machines, not a single one. If you want ice you need to go to the hotel lobby bar and ask for a cup of ice. Lobby area is quite small so can get crowded at peak time. Rooms are nice; one downside is when bathroom light is turned on, light goes through the tinted glass door and light up the room. "

" Didn’t feel comfortable or safe at this hotel. When we checked in they took all of our IDs and information, meanwhile my other friends who stayed there at the same time didn’t. Same with multiple guests staying at the hotel who I asked. Also took extra $$ for the “extra” people I had in our room, when our room fits 4 people and there was 4 of us total. My other friend’s room had extra people and didn’t get charged. & when we went to breakfast we said how the room has 4 ppl in it and they tried to tell us no it’s 2?? When I addressed all these concerns to the front desk didn’t seem like they wanted to do anything really, he just kept repeating that the cameras that watch all the rooms 24/7 will see the other room has more people coming out the room and they will get charged too. & I kept asking him what if it they don’t? He just kept saying they 100% will because it never not has. Well guess what, they never got charged. I’m pretty sure they took our information for s\*x trafficking reasons because that’s how this whole situation felt like it was giving. I also mentioned that to the man up front and the whole staff heard me & again no one seemed to show that they actually cared when I said that. I’ve stayed at some phenomenal 5 star hotels and they don’t even ask for all the guests IDs to take all their information. I didn’t expect this cheap ugly ghetto hotel chain to take them, but maybe that’s my fault. The treatment from this hotel reflects in the price we paid. Trash."
