"Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door."

"The place was amazing! Very clean and looked very nice. We kept our small cooler loaded with ice from the fridge ice maker for our day trips. The hot tub worked wonderfully. One note is this place has a normal water heater. You will drain all the hot water if you use the hot tub. The bed was amazingly restful. Typically, I hate sleeping on any bed but ours. Not the case. "My wife and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment had plenty of room, was nicely decorated. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full meal (which we did not). The bed is very comfortable. Ride service to downtown averaged $25. It was perfect."

The location is great, but there is serious construction in progress on Front Street. Neighbors upstairs were moving furniture and practicing walking in high heels in the evening and into the early morning. I slept through it but my teen could not. We had a great first visit to TC and this was a very convenient place for home base."

"This is our second year staying at this location for the Mud, Sweat and Beers mountain bike race. The location is perfect: a short drive to the downtown area, the beach, and the race at Mt Holiday. The condo is lovely and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and very comfortable beds - a must for me! I am sure we will be back again next year!"

"I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps.
