This Atlantic Villa, with approximately 200m2, is structured on the lower floor with a living room with fireplace and dining table that invite socialising indoors and direct access to the outside where the living and dining spaces are repeated. It has a fully equipped kitchen, an office/bedroom with a sofa bed for two and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two spacious suites and a desk. The main suite has a king-size double bed, digital TV, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub, as well as a balcony with space to enjoy the view of the pool and the typical vegetation of the region. The second suite offers two single beds, wardrobes and a bathroom with shower.



Transport options on site include walking, cycling, driving or boat rides. There is private parking for 2 guest vehicles and parking for additional vehicles in the surrounding area.



The travel options include driving on the A2 through Alcácer do Sal - Comporta - Troia, taking the A2 to Setúbal and then the ferry, using public transport on the same routes, or walking by the catamaran from Setúbal.



We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to your wishes or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, organisation of sightseeing tours, amongst others.

Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning will be mandatory using our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.

For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.



If pets are allowed, guests are not only responsible for compliance with existing community regulations, but also for the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by pets during their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
