« The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. I’ll be using Otium rentals next time I come back to PR specifically. »

« The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. « We really enjoyed our stay! We felt safe, perfect distance from Old San Juan about 10-15 minutes by car. Really liked bebo's BBQ a few minutes from the studio. Only thing is the shower had very low pressure and cold water. »

« The property it’s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. « This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. We did not prepare any meals during our stay, but there was an adequate supply of pans and utensils to do so. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and had plenty of pillows. « The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

« 10 jours sur place, agreable, plage calme et safe, on n'est pas embetés par les gens qui peuvent nous harceler pour prendre des photos comme sur certaines plages, tres convivial, le castaways sur la plage est tres agreable.
