« We had a great stay at this place. The house is modern with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a terrific back deck that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and relaxing outside in the evenings. Location is good - a short walk to the Old Port but in a nice, more residential neighborhood with plenty of its own good restaurants. It’s also convenient to a lot of great running trails. We’d definitely stay here again. »

« Another amazing vacation on Bailey Island in this perfect house (the driveway is a bit tricky but very doable). We love that there’s so much to do right on the island like fishing, beach combing… and yet you aren’t far from shopping and other attractions. The house is ideal for our large extended family and there is plenty of space for games, puzzles, tv, crochet… Brett, as always, was prompt in communications and a pleasure to deal with. We are already looking forward to next year! »

« We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend. »

« We had 3 generations staying in the Friendly Cottage and all of us loved it. The grandkids loved climbing down the rocks to the little beach in front of the cottage and walking to nearby Cedar Beach to swim. My husband, son, and grandson really enjoyed playing golf at Highland Green Golf Club in Topsham. My daughter-in-law and I were happy just sitting in the red chairs in front of the cottage watching lobstermen pull up their traps and reading our books. We all enjoyed sailing on the...

« Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable.
