The staff at the check in desk were very friendly. The glass of local wine at check in was a nice touch. I love that the hotel rooms and common areas are furnished and designed with more unique furnishings than a standard large chain hotel. It made it feel just a little more special. "

"Excellent customer service, very clean facility, loved the Coffee Bar open 24/7! Very comfortable lobby with the fireplace going and relaxing environment. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We have been coming to this facility for many years and will continue to come back! Excellent value! Super friendly staff!"

"Our room was great and looked exactly as pictured. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. My only complaint is the water could have been hotter for the shower/bath, it was luke warm fully turned up which was slightly disappointing since we rented a spa room with a jetted tub. Otherwise, the stay was amazing. "
