But you can book as long as you want. ​ Come and Stay at our newly remodeled 2-Story Cottage. It's convenient and within walking distance of downtown venues in Grand Rapids, MI. Has 3 bedrooms (2 up and 1 on the main floor) with 2 baths. Sleeps 12 and lots of amenities just like home -- cable, wifi, Internet, a work station, micro-wave, washer & dryer and a large kitchen for entertaining. On and off street parking and bus route accessible. Can easily park 4 to 6 cars in the back. Visit and walk to GVSU downtown campus, Gerald R. It is walking distance to down town, restaurants, coffee shops. It is close to the freeway so easy to get to other parts of the city. It is an older house but has been nicely renovated. It has lots of space and is stocked with everything you need. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Mike is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to any inquiries. We would book it again The owner called before we got there to make sure we had the info we needed and was readily available to answer a question at check out. The house really nice and attractive, Clean, and had everything we needed. The bedroom with the king bed was.very comfortable! It was within walking distance to the events and breweries we visited. It had a big kitchen and dining area for cooking/entertaining, we appreciated having designated parking, and we were an easy walk to many popular bars/restaurants.
