« It was a great location for myself and 3 friends. The direct access to Balsam Harbour was great. We didn’t need to load and unload snowmobiles every day. Only limitation is parking. We parked pickups and trailers on the lake and used the driveway to park snowmobiles. It was a great experience! »

« This place is VERY dirty, hair, cobwebs on the walls, bugs in the webs, towels smelled terrible, I’m pretty sure this place hasn’t been cleaned for 5 years, Do NoT STAY HERE!!!! Lights in the bed room didn’t work flickered on and off, TV didn’t work, I stayed here with friends and our sons and went fishing thank god our wives weren’t here because we would of been coming back home she wouldn’t of made it past the entry little room… »

« We stayed in Belair from January to April 2025. The house was clean, well stocked with necessities, and equipped for longer stays. We had a constant resupply of firewood and potable water. We enjoyed two or three snowstorms and long chilly days, but the house remained warm and cozy. The internet connection was fast and reliable. « Very nice open floor plan cabin with lots of room to stretch out. Well equipped for all your needs. Main parking for pickups and trailers is along the road, not too big of deal unless you have more than one rig. Owner said they are working to provide more parking. Received 8” snow one evening. Owner cleaned snow the very next morning and even dropped off some homemade bread. Would stay again in a heartbeat! »

« House design was one of our greatest highlights. Loved the open concept kitchen / dining / entertainment area, allowed us all to be together inside even while doing chores or playing games online. Wifi was more than adequate for several people to be poking around online at once. The Kitchen was a chef's playground with all accessories and tools accounted for by the hosts. (sick bbq!)
