The host was contacted immediately, responded promptly, and provided a full refund when we left earlier than planned (after the first night). While the host's excellent communication and willingness to resolve the situation were appreciated, the initial condition of the property was unacceptable, and since the host could not rectify the issue by providing clean linens until the second day, we had a poor night of rest which ultimately disrupted our travel plans and encouraged us to leave early. ##### Brennan T. You can easily walk to town to shop and eat or head down to the lake. The cabin was very clean. Questions were answered quickly. We could not have had a better stay! Very cute cabin that has been remodeled nicely. Mini fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, mugs were all there for you to use. We had no issues with check in and the property manager checked with us to make sure all was ok. This was our first time staying in Grand Lake and we would definitely stay at the Loose Moose again! ##### Veronica R.
