There was no reliable wifi even after resetting. The stairs in this home are AWFUL. Death trap for kids and seniors. The gates provided are broken or aren’t wide enough. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Lynda K. 17 nov. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Security Miss This is the review I sent Vacasa: Upon arriving we got a message stating the lock on the door was troublesome and gave suggestions as to how to lock/unlock the door. It was much more than troublesome - we could not get the door open. Four 60+ year old ladies were standing out in the 20 degrees cold trying to get the lock to work. It took us about 30 minutes to finally shove the door open. Then we tried to lock it. We thought we had it locked and went out for the evening only to find it was NOT locked and the place was inadvertently left unsecured. After we spent time checking to see if someone was hiding in the condo or if our property was gone, we again fought the lock on the door. None of us slept that night because we weren't completely confident the place was secure. The second day we did not leave, partially because we did not want to fight with the door again. In our attempts to lock the door we discovered the attached garage was empty and accessible - but instructions told us not to use it! To add to our insecurity, the door was a full pane of glass - no privacy or security whatsoever. The condo was lovely and we enjoyed our stay to the extend we could with the security issues. Not warned about continued construction across the street, but not too bad/noisy. Three balconies to enjoy. Attractive decor. Functional kitchen. Blankets for our queen bed on top floor were more like throws. Did not begin to fit bed! Strange. Spigot in our shower was difficult to turn on and off. Turned round and round. Top level bedroom had no place to store clothes. I didn’t unpack. Hubby stacked his stuff on every flat surface he could find. The kiddos loved all the available games found in our chest of drawers….a big plus for them! Bedrooms and large jack n Jill bathroom on second level seemed very nice. Garbage from previous guests had not been removed. Was left in garage where we parked our car. Notified manager by text and was told it would be removed, but that did not happen. It's well appointed... our only "issue" was trying to confirm parking availability... we suspected there was garage parking available from the listing photo (and there is - a tandem garage for two cars) but the property manager was slow to respond and then only knew that there was one "unassigned" parking spot outside. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and once we were checked in, the property manager quickly responded to any questions we had. ##### Pat B.
