We know you'll love the 2 upstairs king bed master suites, the convenience of every bedroom having its own bathroom, the multiple relaxation & living spaces, the games room & your expansive outdoor deck with views for miles, a BBQ, dining area, lounge chairs & a hot tub. \--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a brand new home that our family has spent the last two years building... view all the photos and descriptions that highlight more of what your future stay could look like and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Although this is a brand new listing, rest assured you're in excellent hands, as we've been Superhosts for 8 years with our Denver home. This is a gorgeous 4,400 square foot home with a huge private deck overlooking the lake and mountains and featuring a BBQ, large outdoor dining area, lounge area and 6-person hot tub, a 2-car garage, and a back porch on the 2nd level. The upper level of the home features a large, open kitchen, living and dining area, overlooking an expansive deck with gorgeous views, two king bedroom master suites, each with their own bathroom, a sunny, bright, vaulted ceiling second living/seating area, and a dedicated room housing your office and a fitness space complete with fitness equipment. The ground level of the home features a third living area that functions as a games room (foosball, pool table, and shuffle board) and bar area, including a wet bar. Down the hallway on the first level you'll find two additional bedrooms; a cozy queen bedroom with it's own ensuite and a bright bunk room with 2 custom built XL full beds with twin beds above. You'll also fund your laundry room as well as access out to the back of the home and property. Since our family enjoys spending time up here too, this beautiful vacation home is fully stocked with everything anyone could need; from 4.5 well-appointed bathrooms, to games, to a dedicated coffee and tea bar, and plenty of parking and storage space for everything you do bring with you. There is a separate private 1-bedroom guesthouse on the south side of the lower level of the home (1 wall of the games room in the main home is shared with 1 wall of the guest house; although you will likely never hear or see the guesthouse tenant, we like to be transparent to our wonderful future guests). The house had plenty of room to spread out. The game room was a big hit with everyone (pool table, Foosball, tabletop bowling). The downstairs queen bedroom is across the hall from the bunk bed room, which worked out well for the kids in the bunkroom since they knew Mom and Dad were close by. The 11-year-old slept in the office area on the futon, which gave her privacy. The other 2 main bedrooms were well appointed; the front bedroom is bright and sunny in the morning, while the back bedroom is definitely quieter and darker. All the furniture in the house is nearly new and very clean. The deck with the hot tub is on the east side of the house, which has amazing sunrise views of Shadow Mtn Lake and the mountains in RMNP. The neighborhood is very quiet. Even though the area has been developed, we hardly saw or heard anyone else during our stay. I’d call this house kid friendly, but not exactly “child-proof.” We put a chair at the top of the stairs to keep the 2 yr old under control, but otherwise the kids had a blast! We met one of the owners who was around during our stay doing some outside maintenance work, but he was very friendly and completely respected our privacy. I give the owners high marks for presenting a well-maintained and extremely attractive property. I have no hesitation with giving this property and the owners 5 stars! ##### Peter N. Spacious communal spaces when we all wanted to be together, with many places retreat when needed. Communication with the owners was relevant and timely. There was an issue with the water and the owners responded and solved the problem promptly. All of our expenses were promptly reimbursed, and they added an extra refund for the trouble.
