Your own private, beautiful, home away from home. Cross the street to enjoy our large, 13 acre, shady neighborhood park. Apartment has everything you need - and nothing you don't. Beautifully furnished sitting area with leather loveseat, queen bed. Bath with generous tiled shower & washer/dryer. Full kitchen - fully equipped. WiFi. Patio. Walk to coffee shops, bakeries, brewery, restaurants, St. Mary’s, CMU. Mile from downtown. Park great for a stroll, run, picnic and views. Come enjoy!  
The space  
Cozyily furnished spacious and bright basement apartment (750 sq ft) w/ separate entrance & many amenities. Outdoor seating area. Free street parking. Perfect for extended stay!  
  
Our house was built in the 50's and we have completely restored it. We are a mile to downtown, bike to library, bagel shop, boutiques, restaurants, post office. Walk to No Coast Sushi, Copeka Coffee, Kulina Lani Bakery, Mama Ree's Pizza and Brewery & Old Chicago. Grocery store 1.5 miles.  
  
New bath and kitchen. Filtered water. Comfy queen size bed, leather loveseat for relaxing. Table & chairs great for meals or work/study. Guest house has it's own heating and cooling unit.  
  
Free street parking. Near freeway to zip over to Fruita or Palisade.
