Parking payant 12$ en supplément. Une manière peu orthodoxe d’afficher des prix d’appel plus bas. C’était la seule déconvenue pour cet hôtel autrement bon marché, très propre et accueillant.

Bel hôtel. Jolie vue. Le petit déjeuner pris au restaurant est excellent ! Il se prend dans une jolie salle à l’ambiance chaleureuse, très cosy. Parking payant.

C’est la pire nuit d’hotel j’ai eu dans les dernieres annees. Les matelas sont terriblement incomfortable. La chambre pue un parfum fort. Il y a des chiens qui jappent toute la nuit et le personnel dit ne pouvoir rien faire. Les murs doivent etre en carton puisqu’on entend absolument tout autour

I was in room 530. I couldn't sleep at all as the lady in room 529 was on her phone and talked, talked loud till 4:00 A.M. I had to get up at 5:30 a.m. to catch my flight. Very disappointed. People should be advised to be more respectful.

Nothing seem to work in our room; tv, hair dryer, outlets. For the price, thats pretty pathetic. The front desk kid apoligized for the crappy room he was about to give us, and not one staff member offered to help with all of our bags despite my obvious struggles to get them up the stairs with a 6yo and 3yo in tow. The price doesn't match the lack of value.

We have always stayed at Grand Vista but this time was very disappointing. Our room had bed bugs! When i called down to the frount desk the gal was very accommodating and quickly changed our room to a different floor. We were comped breakfast the next morning. The rooms were very dated,cobwebs in the windows . Just not a good stay.

The tv was so dark you had to adjust the darkness constantly, there was no coffee for the coffee maker when we got there and after the cleaning ladies came the following day. The bathroom was cleaned but beds were not made and room was not vacuumed after our first night stay. The front staff was not overly concerned about our room lacking supplies. The bathroom had cracked tile in the sink area and worn furniture. The bar serves good food and so did the other restaurant. Service there was good. Hotel room just seemed run down.

Everyone was friendly. Quiet the whole time we were there. Best I have ever slept in a hotel. Beds where super comfortable. Restaraunt does a great breakfast.

Appears to be good value at the price point I was somewhat surprised to find a parking lot fee. I missed that in the review at booking. Not a deal breaker, just unexpected. In house restaurant was very good

They charged me 15$ to park a car and 25$ to park a trailer. Very unhappy about that. And i had to park behind the hotel, doesnt feel safe back there. The room is very dated.

Staff waited for us to arrive in the middle of the night and provided a beautiful room that had all necessary amenities for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

This property was ok for what we needed it for but would not stay here more than a day. What I liked was that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some things I didn’t like was the property wasn’t super clean, somewhat outdated and didn’t smell clean. I feel as a pet friendly hotel, you shouldn’t be able to tell that it’s pet friendly. The sink in our bathroom kept clogging if you ran the water too long and the mirror outside the bathroom didn’t look like they have been cleaned. I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough light on the property’s parking lot… only one light pole and even that was too dim so I didn’t feel my vehicle was very safe!

No mention that you have to pay $14 to park there. If I would have known that I would have picked another hotel. The hotel was very clean nice quiet but the surprise with the $14 parking I would look at another hotel

Limited dining. I was there for 3 nights and the restaurant was never opened. Only the bar. They charge $14 a day for parking per standard vehicle and $25 for large vehicles with trailers on top of nightly rate.

I did NOT like the $14 parking fee that was charged when we arrived. I can understand a parking fee in a downtown urban area, but good grief: this is Grand Junction! The hotel location is difficult to get to *without* an auto! Therefore this fee is just a semi-hidden extra means of additional revenue for this hotel. We will DEFINITELY NOT book here again.

Check in was fast from desk people very nice , but for the cost of a suite I expect more clean, it needs a very good deep clean, especially the tub I found some hair and bed frames was with dust

My room had old cabinets in it that have holes in them. An old dresser I wouldn't use. Maid service didn't come every day. I had to go to the desk several times to get things that I needed.
