    Newly remodeled 2024!!! This is a cozy camp rental with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Located before the Grand Isle Bridge on the hwy. Covered area downstairs with picnic table and fish cleaning station. This is a fisherman's delight.

    Bedroom Layout:
    Bedroom #1: 1 Queen and 1 Full Bunk with Twin at top
    Bedroom #2: 1 Queen and 1 Full Bunk with Twin at top

    This camp has Boiling Pot and BBQ pit. (Renter responsible for refilling propane tank)

The house is nice and well equipped but it is not located where advertised. It is a couple of miles from the marinas and restaurants.

Not what I paid for.

I was not pleased with our stay here. It is in need of plumbing repairs,good carpet cleaning and cleaner linen, new utensils and a couple of other small repairs. I hate saying these things because I know it belongs to someone who is trying to make an income from this place. But I recommend putting tender touches to this place and they might be able to up their price. Good luck in the future.
