« Room was large, big bathtub. One corner of the room had moisture damage, and mold, perhaps from a roof leak or condensation. Pub was cosy. Food tasty. There is nothing else to do in Sandhutton. A critter scampering, and chewing in the attic above our room kept us awake most of the night. »

Breakfast was generous and tasty for any cooked requests but basic for a plain breakfast. The garden areas were very tidy and well kept. Would happily stay again, good value for a short stay.
