« Super Resort pour la famille, grande variété d'activités, parc aquatique diversifié et à la portée de tous les âges. La piscine est propre et la plage est très bien, mais il faut savoir que le Resort est localisé dans une zone où la mer est pleine de roches, donc il est difficile de s'y baigner vraiment (mais ça n'a rien à voir avec le Resort lui-même). Bonne variété de restos, les restos à la carte nécessitent une réservation qui est facile à faire. Il y aurait par contre intérêt à permettre...

« Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. »

« We had an amazing week. It’s a place were you relax and if you want to go to Xcaret and Xplor, it’s so close. Playa del carmen was 15 minutes from the hotel and Xpu ha 20 minutes.
