It has a superb sea view with an exceptional sunset, thanks to a path you can reach two magnificent beaches: Friar's Bay with its water sport and its beach restaurants and Happy Bay, wild and naturist beach accepted
You can also take advantage of the private swimming pool with magnificent sea view and a jacuzzi for your champagne evenings, a UNIQUE and very RARE property to book without delay !!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a breathtaking villa in St. Martin, overlooking the serene Caribbean waters near Happy Bay in Grand Case. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the villa's stunning architecture and panoramic views of the turquoise sea. The interior of the villa was equally impressive. Spacious and elegantly furnished, every room exuded comfort and style. The living area was perfect for relaxing and taking in the magnificent ocean vistas, while the bedrooms offered plush bedding and all the amenities one could desire. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The expansive terrace featured a private pool and ample seating, allowing us to soak up the sun by day and marvel at the starry sky by night. We also enjoyed dining al fresco, with a well-equipped kitchen and barbecue area making meal times a delight. The location of the villa was ideal for exploring all that St. Martin has to offer. The charming town of Grand Case also offered a variety of dining options, from casual beach bars to fine dining establishments. Throughout our stay, the property manager was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. Their recommendations for local activities and excursions were spot-on. We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation experience in St. Martin.

Amazing place!
This property was a wonderful, picturesque getaway! Very beautiful coastline and the sunsets were beautiful. Our property manager, Sarah Boyer, is professional, kind, caring and respectful. She was very quick to answer and questions we had, and was very helpful! She was amazing, look forward to working with her again.

Beautiful home, gorgeous views
The home is secure, well appointed, and comes with access too Happy Beach Bay and Friar’s Bay Beach. Having ice in the door of the fridge is always a plus, the master bed was very comfortable and the patio furniture was beautiful and comfortable. The home is a little tricky to find, but Sarah was so gracious in guiding us in. We would stay here again and again!
