We had a clean room, all amenities we needed, the cafe downstairs and brewery on the corner made meals easy. Parking is across the street. Pack light because there is no elevator and the stairs are pretty steep. Loved the authenticity and the history. Walking around this small town with plenty of shopping and restaurants. As far as staff, non-existant. Emails and note at the Inn for communications. We come to Williams every 4th, but this was our first time at this hotel. It was wonderful! The view is awesome and the location couldn’t be better. We love staying at historic hotels and this was one of the best. Perfect for a stopover as we drove from New Mexico to California. Check-in was easy. Yes the stairs are steep, and we just left our suitcases in the car. The hotel is beautifully restored and we appreciated all the details of the decor and furnishings. We loved the Best Gals room and watching trains go by. Very charming. Also close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking right in front.
