TOTAL MODERN RENOVATION!! including almost total glass in the high beamed living and dining rooms to enjoy the lovely glistening aspen trees and large backyard. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in
Coconino Estates and is PERFECT for a peaceful, fun getaway! Large new windows in all bedrooms to enjoy mountain fresh air and lovely landscape. Enjoy relaxing in the large private, fenced, backyard with covered patio, furniture with cushions, double swing with awning, large table and chairs, gas grill and fire pit. Guests may use attached garage. 6 parking places. All new modern dishes, pots and pans and appliances in a fully stocked kitchen! The Laundry room has a new washer and dryer. Free WIFI, UTUBE TV, Apple TV and Netflex in the Living Rm. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms, with Firesticks. Master suite has a new King size bed other two bedrooms have new Queen size beds. ALL mattresses are very comfortable! Two rooms have walk in closets. You always sleep on spotless crisp, fresh sheets! Bathrooms are fully stocked! All towels are fluffy and spotless! I exchange EVERY fabric item in my home between guests! It is an easy mile walk or bike ride to Historic Downtown's excellent restaurants, breweries, shopping, art galleries and the Flagstaff Community Farmers Market. Our home is located one block from the Urban Trail System. Beautiful Buffalo Park, Thorpe Park, and it’s Ultimate Frisbee Course and fun play area for children and tennis courts, are within a mile away. Our local Duck Pond stocked with fish, is only a short walk away. Because I take pride in providing only a 5 star experience for each guest, I choose to manage and clean my home myself, and respond quickly when texed👍. I decorate inside and out for ALL Holidays😊. 528 Beal is a Perfect choice to enjoy sitting in front of the large gas fireplace before heading out to explore and enjoy Flagstaff and it’s surrounding areas! Perfect Home and Perfect Experience
We chose this home, for a spring break getaway with our two college students, because of the raving reviews. We were not disappointed. From the moment we booked until the moment we left the communication was spot on. There was no question of what to expect and the home was perfect. My wife loved how it felt so warm and cozy and was so impressed with all of the details. Lanna was very interested in our trip and had some great recommendations for us, and just like the home they were spot on. Not a single complaint from us. I would not hesitate to book this home again.

An amazing property!!!
From booking thru checkout everything was a breeze. This property does not disappoint!! This immaculate home is beautifully decorated and absolutely SPOTLESS. Its truly a home away from home. We cooked many meals here and Lanna (owner) has the kitchen stocked with things you take for granted in your own home. Condiments, spices, every type of cookware, etc you can ever need is in this home. The fireplace was so cool to have as this Phoenix mom is not used to 15 degree weather 😳. The backyard is beautiful and I can't wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy it. I did sit outback on Christmas to check out the full moon!! The beds are super comfy with lots of extra blankets if needed. I am in Flagg a lot as my daughter attends NAU and there is no doubt that we will be back here. I truly can not say enough about this home. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you Lanna for being an incredible host!!! Happy New Year!!! Will see you again in 2024!!

BOOK IT!!!
If you're looking for a comfortable, well appointed home with all the amenities of home, book this now! We were so pleased with the home, communication with owner, and the location is perfect, being only minutes from downtown or the university, and easy access to get to Snowbowl. Great family style seating both inside and out with a great backyard for entertaining. We will definitely book again when the ski season arrives. I know flagstaff well, being an alumni, and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This jumped to the top of my list. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful yard in a perfect location
Beautifully manicured lawn, privacy and grassy backyard area perfect for children, grilling and star gazing. This house is a 5 star rental, pristine and updated, perfect for our family, 2 couples and 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped, very organized and had everything we needed for cooking meals. Lanna clearly has a passion for providing a great experience for her guests, was a great communicator, provided a bottle of wine and a bag of ice. I love those special touches. Location is 1.2 miles to the downtown area, walkable on the FUTS trail. This VRBO exceeded our expectations and we will return.

Relaxing and functional home!
This was a very pleasant place to stay! I especially appreciated the spacious closets to unpack and hang things up. The baskets in the kitchen made it easy to see what snacks we had and the fridge was clean and roomy. The back patio was a serene spot to relax in the fresh Flagstaff air. Speaking of air... communicating with the homeowner was a breeze! ; p

Fantastic stay
My family enjoyed a very special trip to flagstaff which was enhanced by our rental. Lanna was amazing with her communication and even more flexible with changing the length of stay. We would for sure stay here again!

Charming home close to downtown Flagstaff
Great communication with Lanna she was super helpful and the home was spotless. Very comfortable rooms and the beds were also very comfortable. The home had everything you need for a great stay. Both bathroom were large and stocked with towels and toiletries. Love the comfy robes in each room. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary stuff to cook and stay for awhile. Backyard was lovely with a nice outdoor table and outdoor seating. Thank you Lanna for making our stay very enjoyable and my daughters graduation extra special.
