Being that this is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, there was plenty of room for us... and would be perfect for a family or a group of friends (or both!). It felt like carefully cared for home. The host was very quick and helpful in responding to my questions. What really makes this place though is its location. It is a 5 minute walk to the kicking horse lift AND you get a clear unobstructed view of the mountains. I do not think there is a "Ski-in, Ski-out" property at Granby that offers both quick access to the slopes and an unobstructed view. The house was great and there were plenty of things to do to keep us busy and entertained. Base Camp at Granby Ranch is nice. We did the ski lift to the top of the mountain and hiked down. The west entrance to RMNP is less than an hour drive. We enjoyed exploring Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake which are all close to property. Best of all, we had great views from the property.
