Meticulously furnished with brand-new mattresses and a cozy, budget-conscious aesthetic highlighted by vibrant accents, it serves as a welcoming base for all your winter and summer escapades. Guests will enjoy the warm gas fireplace, a flat-screen television for entertainment in the living area, and access to a private patio. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for effortless meal preparation during family getaways and includes two seating spots at the dining table along with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. An added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer addresses any laundry requirements. The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a renovated en-suite bathroom featuring new vanities, countertops, and a shower enclosure. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and has access to the main hallway bathroom. The Kicking Horse complex offers guests the use of a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer. For a fee of $20.00 per person/day, guests have access to the Ranch Hall at the base of Granby Ranch Resort, which includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong and foosball. It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they smoke on the property.
