The living room furniture was old, worn and stained. the finish on the kitchen cabinets was well used. The air conditioner that was offered was unusable. After driving for 10 hours to get to the condo, the door lock code did not work (we were there 10 min. early) when I contacted the owner, I got a lecture on check-in time. but finally got in. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. This property was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in!!! On top of it being so clean it also was perfectly equipped!!! It's really nice to arrive to your VRBO and find that it is everything that was advertised!!! The kitchen was stocked adequately, though not as nicely as the place we stayed previously. The fireplace was cozy and there were hot tubs, which the kids enjoyed after snowboarding all day. Down town was close (we ate at Brickhouse 40, which was well decorated but the food was heavy and overall, disappointing. Oversized I’ll-seasoned food for a high price point). The beds and pillows were clean but uncomfortable- very stiff. ##### Katie B. Very comfortable beds, close to Granby Ranch Ski Area and hosts are very communicative and helpful. Cozy condo, great location and very clean. A few minor things that need to be fixed in the condo but nothing that affected our stay.
