The location and privacy is great! The king size bed is sooo comfortable! Great place to swim and fish … Caught catfish and perch. The home is very nice and comfortable with a full kitchen w/ everything you need. There is an outdoor charcoal grill for use as well. This is our 3rd trip here and will be back! Very attentive, helpful and communicative! The lake view is wonderful as is the immense outdoor spaces to relax. Close to Stumpys and the town square. Everything is clean, well stocked as far as kitchen implements and amenities. Plenty of towels, and very reasonable property requests, such as washing your own dishes (no dishwasher on property, I feel this cuts down on the amount of filth left for the cleaning service). Owner was very communicative and helpful. If you don’t have a boat, there’s two convenient ladders into the lake from the dock for swimming. We enjoyed plenty of water time, brought a couple of floats and utilized a couple of the life preservers for floating. Wonderful deck area with comfortable furniture to drink coffee in the morning, enjoying the cooler temps and beautiful view. We will definitely be visiting again, it was a wonderful weekend, and the ease of access to everything made this place ideal. ##### Jessica I. The house is clean, the view is great, the swimming is awesome and the privacy is perfect. Even if you're not boating, there is enough action on the lake to make you feel like you're part of things. The property is also a ten minute drive to the best parts of Granbury. We will be coming back to this Property as long as its available. ##### John B.
