Beautiful apartment in front of the ocean, in the heart of El Médano with the beach just a few steps away. Bright, exquisitely decorated, equipped with everything you need and can accommodate up to 3 people. With two bedrooms, 600mb fibre Wifi and desk, designed for teleworking. With all the services around and a quick connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably, this property is perfect to spend a unique holiday in El Médano.  
  
The property is well-suited to families, couples, and business travellers, offering accommodation for up to three individuals. It features 600mb Wifi fibre internet and a desk, ideal for teleworking. The property comprises two spacious bedrooms, both with ceiling fans. The main bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace of the apartment. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed and a desk area. The property comprises a full bathroom with shower, a kitchen with all appliances, an open-plan living room and breakfast bar, and a dining area. The living room has a 50" Smart TV and a sofa. It has direct access to the terrace, but is currently inaccessible due to works in the complex.  
  
The property is situated in one of the most beautiful villages on Tenerife, with the beach just a few steps away. It is also in an excellent location, close to the South airport and with a quick connection to the motorway. The area is pedestrianised, with supermarkets nearby and everything you need around. It is recommended to rent a car if you want to visit the rest of the island.  
  
The flat is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen, and shower towels.  
  
It is currently possible to hear the noise generated by construction work taking place outside the property.
