Terrace has a beautiful night view of the illuminated Alhambra. Even though it is close to the "action", the location is quiet, with just a few people and cars going by. Only issue is with the parking. Even though the house has a garage, you might not be able to use it, unless you're driving a small car. The street narrows after the house, to the point that a larger (by euro standards) car might not fit to get out. We had to park in a public parking lot, and then carry the luggage in. A small garage is available for an extra fee but it is a very narrow road that leads to the property so it must be a small car. If you have trouble with stairs keep in mind there are 3 floors. The neighborhood is nice and close to restaurants. We enjoyed having wine and cheese on the balcony. Alejandro was very responsive when we had questions. The roof deck so so worth it. High end finishes and appliances throughout, very responsive and easy communication with great restaurant recommendations.
