Studio of 25 m2 with terrace in the center of Granada. Charming, great location, very quiet, historic area. 2 min walk from the Cathedral and the center. Special and ideal for couples. It includes garage 3 min. walking Private terrace very flirtatious, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso and other amenities Bathroom with waterfall shower and amenities (towels, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, ...) All designed to enjoy. LED lights with remote, large tv with prime, air conditioning. It is a study of 25 m / 2 with bedroom with bed 150 and LED display, very impressive-Romantic kitchen and bathroom with waterfall shower. It has a private terrace of another 15 m / 2 to enjoy the sun of the city. Look at all the photos, you'll love. "From the house you can walk to all the most emblematic places of Granada. No you need no car or taxi. You can leave the car for free in our garage, which is a 3 minute walk. Nearby is the train station, metro stops and all city buses. It has supermarkets, shops and bars and restaurants nearby. The building has a laundry area with washer and dryer free for tenants." The house is independent and not going to have discomfort of any kind, very private. We are available during your stay in WhatsApp for anything you need. Garage offer a 3 minute walk (free) and shuttle service to the airport (not included) If required arrival at the apartment can be performed independently. In the apartment you have everything you need for your stay: - upon arrival we give you a bottle of champagne, bottles of water and some chocolates. We also leave coffee capsules for Nespresso and tea, sugar and saccharin. You have a kettle. - Water from the tap is safe and suitable for consumption. - in the kitchen you will find all utensils if you want kitchens. We leave cleaning kit - in the closet there are cleaning products and iron if it necesitases, safe and extra pillows. There is room to leave the suitcase. - we leave towels and toilet kit with shampoo, gel, hats, scarves and comb. The bathroom has dry towels and hair dryer, plus a magnifying mirror. - the shower is very spacious and has spray waterfall. Any doubt please pregúntanoslo operation - in the accounts bedroom with air conditioning / heating, TV with digital channels amazon prime and color LED lights on the wall Manageable command. Still, a 30-minute drive you can go to the beach and a 45 minute drive you can go to the mountain snow. If you are not going to leave Granada we do not recommend taking the car during your stay. Anyway we are at your disposal all the time via whatsapp We offer free garage included 3 minutes walk from the apartment. If you arrive by train you can walk to the apartment (about 12 minutes walk) If arriving by bus or plane we offer transfer (not included in price) It is a third floor without Arcensor so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
