Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and cozy living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a side table, perfect for relaxing or reading. This space shares an area with the dining section, equipped with a table for six, and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. A side hallway leads to the first bedroom, featuring a double bed, and the main bathroom, which is spacious and bright, with a shower. The additional toilet provides extra convenience, especially for groups. Down a few steps, you will find the second bedroom, also with a double bed, in a more intimate and quiet setting. The apartment also features an interior corrala-style terrace with views of the building’s patio, perfect for moments of tranquility.
