Featuring 5 bedrooms, a living room with a library, dining room, and rooms for laundry and ironing. Two patios: one with a pool and barbecue, the other with fruit trees and a Nazarí fountain. An oasis of fresh air and tranquility, surrounded by nature and birdsong. Feel the Alhambra from the very first moment!🌿 470 m2 with views of the Alhambra from three of its bedrooms. The Carmen has 5 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, one with a terrace and another with a balcony, 2 single bedrooms, one with a terrace, and a final bedroom with a double bed. It has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, ceramic cooktop, and fryer. In a separate room near the kitchen, you'll find the washer and dryer. There are also 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A large dining room includes a small ironing area. Think that’s all? Not yet! There's a living room with several armchairs and sofas, and a large TV for the best movie nights, bringing everyone together. The living room also stands out for its large library with books from the world’s best authors. Outside, there's a cypress-lined entrance, and one of the patios has a pool along with a large barbecue. To complete the experience, we must mention one of the gems of this Carmen: a patio with various fruit trees, plants, and a clay fountain that brings tranquility. You can relax in the chill-out area or sit at a small table and chairs under the shade of the fruit trees, listening to the birds and the soothing sound of the water.
