A experiência do boa, porém no quarto sentimos forte cheiro de mofo, com provável origem em infiltração ascendente e mofo nas cortinas. O quarto que ficamos muito barulho no corredor. De resto, gostamos.

Funcionarios excelentes. Ponto da cidade excelente. Hotel limpo, porem a cortina não tem black out suficiente e também as luzes das lâmpadas dos quartos brilham no escuro e fica dificil dormir: essas lampadas tem de ser trocadas com urgência e as cortinas dos quartos do lado leste tem de ser trocadas (as cortinas dos quartos do lado oeste são suficientes.

O quarto estava sujo, havia restos de comida em cima da cama e na mesa de cabeceira. Estamos em duas pessoas e entregaram somente uma chave do quarto. Havia uma aranha enorme dentro do quarto, tivemos que solicitar para matarem (não tivemos retorno se fizeram ou não). O banheiro com um cheiro permanente de esgoto... Ao chegarmos ofereceram garagem e cobraram uma tarifa no valor de 25 reais, porém ao retornarmos do jantar o recepcionista da noite informou que teríamos que deixar nosso veículo na rua, pois não havia mais vaga de garagem disponível. Uma total falta de consideração com o hóspede, tenho até receio do que será o café da manhã...

Quarto pequeno, fomos em família a cama de dormindo era muito ruim, as crianças ficaram em 2 de solteiro e eu e minha esposa dormimos no sofá-cama muito desconfortável. Muita claridade no quarto para quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde.

A recepção muito atenciosa. A localização é boa, próximo de vários pontos de visitação da cidade e de diversos restaurantes. Os quartos são bem cuidados e o café da manhã é maravilhoso. Toda equipe do restaurante muito bem assessorada pelo Sr. Paulo, são solícitos, sorridentes e preocupados com o bem estar dos hospedes e na reposição dos alimentos, que por sinal, são muito bem feitos e saborosos. Todos muito cuidadosos com a higiene do local. Enfim, nossa família gostou muito dos 9 dias que passamos neste hotel e com certeza recomendamos e retornaremos em breve.
