There are not really 3 bedrooms because the "loft" is just the hallway between the 2 bedrooms and has no door. The place is spacious but not ideal for families (limited privacy). Graceville is a delightful little town and the people are very friendly and helpful.

Great place for the whole family to hang out! We had plenty of space to sleep, run around, and enough bathrooms! Very well set up! Good little city to tour…

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the flattop grill. The provided kennels were a nice bonus.
