This comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the house "Malta" .The large living room has a fireplace, a dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa, a radio and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen, which is integrated in the living room, is fully equipped, among other things, with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The tiled bathroom has a corner bath, a shower and a toilet. To your apartment also includes a terrace and a parking space.  
  
The house Malta is a former hotel in the district Müritz-east of Graal-Müritz in the beach road. Today are in the house Malta exclusively apartments. The house is located near the Ribnitzer bog and is just 250 meters from the Baltic Sea. The beach road of Graal-Müritz is a dead end, which ends at the promenade. The Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Darss-Zingst. The site extends for 5 km to the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the forest area "Rostock heath". In Graal-Müritz live about 4000 inhabitants. The village offers various shops. Attractions are u. A. The 350m long pier, the 4.5 hectare rhododendron park, the local museum, the old Büdnerhäuser, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or Ribnitzer bog.
