Your apartment is 55 square meters and suitable for 2 to 4 people. The cozy living room has a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a radio. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen with a dining area is integrated in the living room and is equipped with, among other things, 4 hobs on a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom with window has the shower and toilet. The apartment also has a terrace and a parking space.  
  
This property is located behind the town hall in the district of Müritz. There are about 600 meters from the beach. The leisure center Aquadrom is located near (about 600m). The road to the pier with various restaurants is about 400 meters away. The Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Darss-Zingst. The village stretches for 5 km on the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the forest area Rostocker Heide. In Graal-Müritz live about 4000 inhabitants. The village offers various shops. Attractions are u. A. The 350m long pier, the 4.5 hectare rhododendron park, the local museum, the old Büdnerhäuser, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or Ribnitzer bog.

#### Nie wieder über dieses Reisebüro Schulz

Die Wohnung war schön - keine Frage. Alles sauber. Allerdings waren die Matratzen total durchgelegen. Nach 7 stündiger Anfahrt mit dem Zug mussten wir uns dann im Reisebüro den Schlüssel abholen. Wobei ich vorher angerufen habe und fragte ob uns jmd den Schlüssel zur Unterkunft bringen kann, da ich hochschwangerere bin und wir mit Kleinkind unterwegs waren. Am Telefon wurde uns gesagt: Nein! Das Reisebüro sei ja gleich um die Ecke. Dort angekommen, mussten wir uns in eine Riesenschlange einreihen von Wartenden. Es hat wirklich ewig gedauert. Kostbare Zeit und Nerven am Anreisetag. Zudem musste man die Unterkunft mit einer Checkliste bei der Abreise abarbeiten. Ansonsten drohen Bußgelder z.b. 10 Euro wenn man den Müll nicht ordnungsgemäß entsorgt oder 25 Euro wenn man dreckiges Geschirr stehen lässt. Für Bettwäsche mussten wir pro Person nochmal 15 Euro bezahlen auch das wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert. Und dann wurden auch noch die Kissenbezüge vergessen, sodass wir eine Nacht auf den blanken Kissen liegen mussten. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit waren definitiv nicht gegeben!!!
